The Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 (Commencement No. 5) (England) Order 2005

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 93(3) of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 (Commencement No. 5) (England) Order 2005.

Provisions coming into force in England on 1st June 2005

2. To the extent to which it has not already been commenced( 2 ), Part 8 of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 (high hedges) shall come into force, in relation to complaints about high hedges situated in England on 1st June 2005.
