The Children Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005

17th March 2005

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 67(7)(j) of the Children Act 2004( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Children Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005.

2. Section 62 of the Children Act 2004 shall come into force on the 12th April 2005.
