The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 6(3) of the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998( 1 ) hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Order (Prescribed Forms) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and shall come into force on 15th April 2005.

2. The form in the Schedule to these Regulations is hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 6(3)(a) of the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (advance notice of pubic processions) in respect of any public procession held, or proposed to be held, on or after 14th May 2005.

Revocation

3. Regulation 2(1) of the Public Order (Prescribed Forms) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004( 2 ) is hereby revoked with effect from 14th May 2005.
