The Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No.2, Transitional Provisions and Savings) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 2006
Coming into force
1st April 2006
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 108(5) of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005( ), makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No.2, Transitional Provisions and Savings) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 2006 and comes into force on 1st April 2006.
Amendment of Commencement No.2 Order
2. In article 6(1) of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No.2, Transitional Provisions and Savings) (England and Wales) Order 2005( )β
(a) after βsection 32β insert β(7) and (8)β; and
(b) omit β, and Part 2 of Schedule 2 to,β.
