The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 54 of the Trade Marks Act 1994( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Trade Marks (International Registration) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 12th April 2006.

2. In article 10A(1A) and article 13(1B) of the Trade Marks (International Registration) Order 1996 ( 2 ), for “comptroller” substitute “registrar”.
