The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2) of the British Museum Act 1963( 1 ) and now vested in her ( 2 ), with the agreement of the Trustees of the Natural History Museum, makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Natural History Museum (Authorised Repositories) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 10th July 2006.

2. At the end of paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 3 to the British Museum Act 1963( 3 ) insert “, but excluding the part of that site known as the “Central Boiler House” and located on the north side of the Natural History Museum“.
