PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF TERRORISM
The Terrorism Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2006

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 39(2) of the Terrorism Act 2006( 1 ), makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2006 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2006.
2. —(1) The following provisions of the Terrorism Act 2006 shall come into force on 25th July 2006.
(2) Those provisions are—
(a) sections 23 to 25;
(b) section 37(5) to the extent that it has not already been brought into force; and
(c) the entries in Schedule 3 relating to paragraph 36(1) of Schedule 8 to the Terrorism Act 2000( 2 ) and section 306(2) and (3) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003( 3 ).
