The National Lottery Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2006

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the National Lottery Act 2006( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the National Lottery Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2006.

Commencement

2. Section 14 of, and Schedule 2 to, the National Lottery Act 2006 shall come into force on 1st August 2006.
