The Transport for London (Sloane Square House) Order 2006

The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 163 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Transport for London (Sloane Square House) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 6th September 2006.

Consent

2. The Secretary of State gives consent to Transport for London for the grant of a leasehold interest for a term of more than fifty years in the land described in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE

Part of the premises of Sloane Square House, Sloane Square, London, SW1W 8NS. The relevant part is shown hatched and shaded in red on the attached plan (the “relevant part”). The relevant part is currently airspace on the first and second floor level, serving as part of a lightwell.
