The Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2006

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 60 and 61of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2006.

Commencement

2. Section 55 of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (victims’ advisory panel) shall come into force on 4th October 2006.
