CRIMINAL LAW
The Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2006
The day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of Part 1 of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003( ) which are listed in article 3 of this Order has been decided by the Secretary of State and the Scottish Ministers.
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 94 of that Act makes the following Order:
1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2006.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003.
2. Sections 32 to 36 of the Act shall come into force on 1st November 2006.
3. Sections 42 to 46 of the Act shall come into force on 1st November 2006.
