The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 29(1) and (2) of the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2006.

Provisions coming into force

2. Section 13(1)(2) and (4) (offences: entering into arrangements with gangmasters) of the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004 comes into force on 1st December 2006 for purposes related to work falling within section 3(1)(a) and (c).
