The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 241(6) of the Enterprise Act 2002( 1 ).
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 9 Restrictions on Disclosure of Information) (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1st December 2006.
Amendment to the Enterprise Act 2002
2. Schedule 15( 2 ) to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Enactments conferring functions) is amended by inserting at the end “Gambling Act 2005 (c.19) ”.

Schedule 15 has been amended by paragraphs 1 to 18 of Schedule 2 to SI 2003/1400 ; by paragraph 174(1) and (7) of Schedule 17 to the Communications Act 2003 (c.21) ; by section 12(3) of the Fireworks Act 2003 (c.22) ; by paragraph 36(1) and (4) of Schedule 7 to the Water Act 2003 (c.37) ; and by paragraph 18(1) and (4) of Schedule 12 to the Railways Act 2005 (c.14) .
