The Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (Commencement No. 12) Order 2006

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 162(1) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002( 1 ), makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (Commencement No. 12) Order 2006.

2. Section 10(5) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 except for paragraph (a) of that provision shall come into force on 21st December 2006.
