The Secretary of States makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 3A to the National Lottery etc. Act 1993( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Transformational Grants Joint Scheme (Revocation) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1st December 2006.

Revocation

2. The Transformational Grants Joint Scheme (Authorisation) Order 2005( 2 ) is revoked.

1993 c. 39 ; Schedule 3A was inserted by section 12(3) of, and Schedule 3 to, the National Lottery Act 1998 (c. 22) . By virtue of section 60(3A) and (3B) of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (inserted by section 15(5) of the 1998 Act) this Order shall be laid before each House of Parliament.
