The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the power conferred by section 16(2) of the Disability Rights Commission Act 1999( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Disability Rights Commission Act 1999 (Commencement No.3) Order 2006.

Commencement of whole Act

2. The day appointed for the commencement of the Disability Rights Commission Act 1999, so far as it is not already in force, is 4th December 2006.
