The Fraud Act 2006 (Commencement) Order 2006

29th November 2006

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Fraud Act 2006( 1 ), makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fraud Act 2006 (Commencement) Order 2006.

2. To the extent that it is not already in force, the Fraud Act 2006 shall come into force on 15th January 2007.
