The Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2006

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 358(1) and (2) of the Gambling Act 2005( 1 ):

1. This Order may be cited as the Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2006.

2. Paragraph 23 of Schedule 7 to the Gambling Act 2005 shall come into force on the day after this Order is made.
