The Northern Ireland (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2006

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 31(3) of the Northern Ireland (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2006.

Commencement

2.Section 21 (arms decommissioning: extension of amnesty period) of the Northern Ireland (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 shall come into force on 10th December 2006.
