The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(2)(h) and section 122(3) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation, commencement and application

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Regional Spatial Strategies) (Examinations in Public) (Remuneration and Allowances) (England) (Revocation) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 21st January 2007.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England only.

Revocation of the Town and Country Planning (Regional Spatial Strategies) (Examinations in Public) (Remuneration and Allowances) (England) Regulations 2004

2.The Town and Country Planning (Regional Spatial Strategies) (Examinations in Public) (Remuneration and Allowances) (England) Regulations 2004( 2 ) are revoked.
