The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in Her by section 1 of the United Nations Act 1946( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, as follows:-

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the United Nations (International Tribunals) (Former Yugoslavia and Rwanda) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 22 nd January 2007.

(2) This Order extends to the United Kingdom.

2. Article 3 of the United Nations (International Tribunals) (Former Yugoslavia and Rwanda) (Amendment) Order 2006 ( 2 ) is amended by deleting the words “12 bis , 12 ter , 12 quater, ”.
