The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in Her by section 1 of the United Nations Act 1946( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, as follows:-

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the United Nations (International Tribunals) (Former Yugoslavia and Rwanda) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 22 ^nd January 2007.

(2) This Order extends to the United Kingdom.

2. Article 3 of the United Nations (International Tribunals) (Former Yugoslavia and Rwanda) (Amendment) Order 2006( 2 ) is amended by deleting the words “12 bis , 12 ter , 12 quater, ”.
