The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 358(1) and (2) of the Gambling Act 2005( 1 ):

1. This Order may be cited as the Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2006.

2. โ€”(1)The Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2006( 2 ) shall be amended as follows.

(2) In Column 1 of Schedule 1, for โ€œSections 80, 81โ€ substitute โ€œSection 80 (to the extent that that section is not already in force) and sections 81โ€.

(3) In Column 1 of Schedule 2, omit โ€œSection 285โ€.
