The Legal Services Ombudsman (Jurisdiction) (Amendment) Order 2006

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 22(11)(b) of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Ombudsman (Jurisdiction) (Amendment) Order 2006.

Commencement

2. This Order comes into force on 5th January 2007.

Amendment

3. In Part 1 of the Schedule to the Legal Services Ombudsman (Jurisdiction) Order 1990( 2 ), after “The Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys”, insert “The Association of Law Costs Draftsmen”.
