The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 230(1) and (7) of the Enterprise Act 2002( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 8 Notice to OFT of Intended Prosecution Specified Enactments) Order 2006.

(2) This Order shall come into force on 8th January 2007.

Specified enactments

2. The subordinate legislation referred to in Article 3 of this Order is hereby specified for the purposes of section 230 of the Enterprise Act 2002 (notice to OFT of intended prosecution).

3. The subordinate legislation is the Civil Aviation (Denied Boarding, Compensation and Assistance) Regulations 2005( 2 ).
