The Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 (Commencement No. 6) (England) Order 2006

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 93(2)(a) of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 (Commencement No. 6) (England) Order 2006.

Provisions coming into force in England on 6th April 2006

2. Sections 48 to 52( 2 ) of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 shall, to the extent not already in force, come into force in England on 6th April 2006.

Sections 48, 49, 51 and 52 are amended by sections 31 and 106 of, and paragraphs 12, 17, 18 and 19 of Schedule 4 to, the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (c. 16) .
