The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 25(1)(b) of the Dartford – Thurrock Crossing Act 1988( 1 ), hereby makes the following Regulations.

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dartford – Thurrock Crossing (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 12th April 2006.

Dangerous goods

2. In regulation 5(1) of the Dartford – Thurrock Crossing Regulations 1998( 2 ), for “the booklet entitled “Dangerous Traffic”, 12th Edition issued in 2003” there shall be substituted “the booklet entitled “Dangerous Traffic” 13th Edition issued in 2005”.
