The Civil Partnership Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2006

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 263 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2006.

Provisions coming into force

2. The following provisions of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 shall come into force on 6th April 2006—

(a) Schedule 5, Part 7; and

(b) Schedule 7, paragraphs 10(4)(b), (5)(b) and (9)(c).
