The Secretary of State, who is a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972( 1 ) in relation to measures relating to the organisation of working time( 2 ), makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2).

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Working Time (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 6 th April 2006.

Amendment to Regulations

2.Paragraph (2) of regulation 20 (unmeasured working time) of the Working Time Regulations 1998( 3 ) shall be revoked.
