The Energy Act 2004 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2007

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 198(2) of the Energy Act 2004( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Energy Act 2004 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2007.

Commencement

2. The following provisions shall come into force on 6th April 2007—

(a) section 182 of the Energy Act 2004; and

(b) paragraph 7 of Schedule 16 to that Act.
