The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 148(3) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2007.

2. Section 4 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005(Guarantee of continued judicial independence: Northern Ireland) shall come into force on 8th May 2007.
