The Postal Services Act 2000 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2007

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 130(1) of the Postal Services Act 2000( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Postal Services Act 2000 (Commencement No.5) Order 2007.

Commencement

2. The provisions of section 127(6) of and Schedule 9 to the Postal Services Act 2000 shall come into force, insofar as they relate to the repeals specified in the Schedule to this Order, on 1st May 2007.
