The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000( 1 ), and having consulted the National Assembly for Wales where they have thought it appropriate, make the following Order:

Title and Commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 11th June 2007.

Designation

2. The bodies listed in the Schedule to this Order are designated in respect of the financial year ending on 31st March 2007 for the purposes of section 10 of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000.
