The Street Litter Control Notices (England)(Amendment) Order 2007

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 94(1) and (2) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990( 1 ):

Citation, commencement and application

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Street Litter Control Notices (England)(Amendment) Order 2007 and comes into force on 1st July 2007.

(2) This Order applies in England.

Amendment

2. In article 2 (prescribed commercial and retail premises) of the Street Litter Control Notices Order 1991( 2 ), for paragraph (b) substitute—

(b) premises used wholly or partly for the sale of food or drink for consumption on the premises, .
