The Emergency Workers (Obstruction) Act 2006 (Commencement) Order 2007

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(2) of the Emergency Workers (Obstruction) Act 2006( 1 ),:

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Workers (Obstruction) Act 2006 (Commencement) Order 2007.

2. The appointed day for the coming into force of the Emergency Workers (Obstruction) Act 2006 (so far as not already in force) is 20th February 2007.
