The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2007

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 62 of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2007.

Commencement

2. Sections 50(1) and (2), 51 and 52(1) to (6) of the 2006 Act shall come into force on 31st January 2007.
