The Railways Act 2005 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2007

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 60(2) of the Railways Act 2005( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Railways Act 2005 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2007.

Commencement

2. Section 17 of the Railways Act 2005 comes into force on 8th August 2007.
