The Treasury make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5 of Schedule 9 to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002( 1 ):

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Business in the Regulated Sector) Order 2007 and comes into force on 1st November 2007.

Amendment of Schedule 9 to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002

2. In the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, in paragraph 1(2) in Part 1 of Schedule 9( 2 ) (regulated sector and supervisory authorities), after paragraph (d), insert—

(da) operating a multilateral trading facility; .
