The Northern Ireland (St Andrews Agreement) Act 2006 (Commencement No.2) Order 2007

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(3)(b) of the Northern Ireland (St Andrews Agreement) Act 2006( 1 ), makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland (St Andrews Agreement) Act 2006 (Commencement No.2) Order 2007.

2. Section 20(1) of, and Schedule 8 to, the Northern Ireland (St Andrews Agreement) Act 2006 (reconstitution of district policing partnerships) shall come into force on 4th September 2007.
