The Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (Commencement No. 14) Order 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 103(3) of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000( 1 ), the Secretary of State makes the following Order.

Citation and application

1. This Order—

(a) may be cited as the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (Commencement No. 14) Order 2007;

(b) applies in relation to England only.

Appointed day

2. 1st October 2007 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 69 (erection or improvement of stiles, etc. ) of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (to the extent that that section is not already in force( 2 )).
