The Secretary of State makes this Order in discharge of the duty imposed by section 41(6) of the Equality Act 2006( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Equality Act 2006 (Termination of Appointments) Order 2007.

Termination of Appointments of Transition Commissioners

2. The appointments of the Transition Commissioners( 2 ) shall terminate on 30th September 2009.
