The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 100(2) and (3) and 355(1) of the Gambling Act 2005( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Gambling (Operating Licence and Single-Machine Permit Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 1st March 2007.

Amendment to annual fees for non-remote operating licences

2. For the Table in Schedule 3 to the Gambling (Operating Licence and Single-Machine Permit Fees) Regulations 2006( 2 ) substitute the Table set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
