The Courts Act 2003 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2007

The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 110 of the Courts Act 2003( 1 ):

1. Subsections (2) and (3) of section 50 of the Courts Act 2003 (youth courts) shall come into force.
