The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 53(1) of the Police and Justice Act 2006( 1 ).

1. This Order may be cited as the Police and Justice Act 2006 (Commencement No.1, Transitional and Saving Provisions)(Amendment) Order 2007 and comes into force on 15th January 2007.

2. In sub-paragraph (k) of article 2 of the Police and Justice Act 2006 (Commencement No.1, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2006( 2 ) for “3, 4 and 61” substitute “3, 4, 9, 10, 61 and 62”.
