The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2007

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 178(8) and (9) of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2007.

Commencement

2.Section 163(2) of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005, insofar as it relates to sections 113B(10)(a), (b), (c) and (d) of the Police Act 1997( 2 ), shall come into force on 12th November 2007 in England and Wales only.
