The Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2007

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 358(1) and (2) of the Gambling Act 2005( 1 ).

1. This Order may be cited as the Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2007.

2. Sections 214 to 234 of the Gambling Act 2005 shall come into force on 1st December 2007.
