The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 86(10) and (12) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration Services Commissioner (Designated Professional Body) (Fees) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 5th March 2007.

Fees

2. —(1) The fee to be paid to the Immigration Services Commissioner by each designated professional body for the year 1st April 2006 to 31st March 2007 shall be the sum specified in the Schedule to this Order.

(2) The fee shall be paid on or before 31st March 2007.
