The Armed Forces Act 2001 (Commencement No.9) Order 2007

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 39(2) of the Armed Forces Act 2001( 1 ):

1. This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces Act 2001 (Commencement No.9) Order 2007.

2. Section 25 of the Armed Forces Act 2001 shall come into force on 1st January 2008.
