The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by paragraph 3A of Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is ordered, as follows:

Citation and commencement

1. β€”(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Records (Technology Strategy Board) Order 2007

(2) This Order comes into force on 1st February 2008.

Amendment to Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958

2. β€”(1)Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 (definition of public records) is amended as follows.

(2) In Part 2 of the Table at the end of paragraph 3, at the appropriate place insertβ€”

β€œ Technology Strategy Board. ” .
