The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 200(4) of the Gambling Act 2005( 1 ).

Citation, commencement and application

1. β€”(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Gambling Act 2005 (Premises Licences) (Review) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 7th January 2008.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England and Wales.

Amendment of the Gambling Act 2005 (Premises Licences) (Review) Regulations 2007

2. β€”(1)The Gambling Act 2005 (Premises Licences) (Review) Regulations 2007( 2 ) shall be amended as follows.

(2) The following provisions are omittedβ€”

(a) paragraph (3) of regulation 8,

(b) regulation 10, and

(c) in the heading to Schedule 4, the words β€œand responsible authorities”.
