The Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2007
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 148(3) of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007( ).
Citation and interpretation
1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2007.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.
Commencement
2. The provisions of Part 6 of the Act, in so far as they apply in relation to England, come into force on 31st December 2007.
